Always a great experience with the service department. It's easy to set appointments and waiting in the comfortable lounge area is pleasant while the work is done, usually quickly. Recommend!

They did a really job. The only thing negative is the floormat was very dirty. I didn't expect that to happen. I think they should use paper floor mats during the servicing of the vehicles.

Took my 2019 Prius in for service, and the technician found an issue that needed attention. I'm glad the issue was found and rectified. The technician didn't just have tunnel vision for the service we'd come for, he looked at my vehicle with a proactive mindset.

New Tacoma less than 2000 miles and already had problems and they don't have parts to fix it they have to order it and they don't know how long it will take!
